High-Altitude Grown (2,100–2,625m)
Our coffee is grown at elevations between 2,100 and 2,625 meters in the fertile highlands of Sidama, Ethiopia. These high-altitude conditions—characterized by cooler temperatures, rich volcanic soil, and optimal rainfall—slow the ripening process of the coffee cherries, allowing the beans to develop complex, vibrant flavors. This elevation range is ideal for producing the premium quality Arabica that global roasters and specialty coffee buyers seek.
